Founded over thirty years ago, on the faith and teachings of the Catholic Church, Aid for Women reaches out to thousands of women every year throughout the Chicago metropolitan area who find themselves in difficult and unplanned pregnancy situations. Aid for Women operates three pregnancy resource centers, located in downtown Chicago and suburban Berwyn and Des Plaines. Each client is provided with compassionate and confidential counseling as well as the support and resources needed for her to choose life for her unborn baby.

Heather’s House, Aid for Women's new residential program located on the Maryville Academy Campus in Des Plaines, is a new residential program that offers women and their babies a two-year opportunity to live in a safe home while developing parenting and life skills and completing their education or career goals so they can be self-sufficient loving parents.

Aid for Women’s services are offered free of charge.  Please consider supporting Aid for Women so that we may continue providing our services to women and their babies.

Aid for Women is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization funded by tax-deductible gifts from private contributors.
